Vacation time for October 2007 found Sensei Ingebretsen and Dojo Mama Susan relaxing in Kona with Sensei Joa Schwinn and his lovely wife Barbi and Sensei Bruce Raney and his lovely wife Ella. We were joined also by Piper O'Hara, judoka and wrestler estrordinaire, and two wonderful healers from Hilo, Rob and Sally. A high point of the trip was a visit with Kini and Napua Burke in Hilo, where they served us perhaps one of the best dinners ever created. We stayed in a house on Kilohana Street, which just seemed so perfect to us. The trip concluded with a visit to O'ahu and Bruce's dojo, Halau O Ka Makani Malie, where Noah Harders took his test for shodan in Ku'i Lima Kenpo. Noah looked great, as usual.
