• Ku’iki’i: Boxing/Hand Techniques
• Mokomoko: Dirty fighting/wrestling’everything goes techniques
• Mea-Kaua: Weapons defensive and offensive techniques
• Peku: Kicking techniques
• Hikua: Throws
• Lua Street Fighting techniques

Lua is a powerful and practical martial art that is extremely effective in application. Classes are available on Sundays by appointment only.
